aContact Form

aContact Form is a lightweight PHP script. It is used to let your website visitors contact you directly through you website, without revealing your email address. It is protected against bots, requiring a verification word before when sending. Fields Name, Email, Website URL, Subject, and Verification word, plus the message text area. When pronpt to send, the script will check all required fields, and verify if the email address is correct, and if the verification word matches. The script also logs the IP address from the sender. When errors occur, the script shows a message of what went wrong. It is very easy to customize the layout and the error messages.

How to install

1. Download the Files in the bottom of this page.
2. Open contact.php in your favorite text editor and edit the first variables. It is very self-explanatory, the code is clearly commented so you shouldn’t have any problem working with it.
3. You should edit the contact form, to add some style, and text above it or bellow.

4. Upload everything to your server, and include the page into your’s.

   The page must have a *.php extension.
